We are a working atelier. Outside of business hours our team is offline and will not respond to texts about orders or tailoring, emails or calls. We have instructed Brian not to text you outside normal business hours: he sets that expectation himself, it is not scalable, and it turns him into an information bottleneck.

As we pass our eleventh year in business we have to curb practices like that, because our bespoke business is growing faster than we planned for — the Everything Capsule Wardrobe especially.

Yes, the growth is good. An inconsistent experience is not. Over the coming 18 months the business will grow considerably through absorbing production infrastructure, and adhering to communication best practice is what will let us maintain and improve the level of service we are known for.

A telephone call or an email remains the most reliable method, with a 24–72 hour turnaround.

For any order status or garment enquiry, please email us. Going forward we will respond to order check-ins by email only.

Texting is still available, and we ask that it be used thoughtfully. The best window in which to expect a reply — not a guaranteed one — is Tuesday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Messages received outside those hours, including evenings and weekends, will be addressed on the next business day.

We are developing an AI-assisted system that will route your messages automatically to our email inbox, so that nothing is missed while we are with clients in the studio.
