Yes. We tailor ladies' garments that require our level of expertise — high-end or high-end adjacent pieces deserving precise handwork and sartorial knowledge.

We do not accept simple alterations, such as casual dress strap repairs or hems on old jeans and trousers. Those are best handled by your local dry cleaner or mall alterations shop. We cherish our modest yet growing ladies' bespoke and business suit tailoring, and a full suit redesign should not be held up by a $20 jumpsuit, skirt or bridesmaid's dress. Simply put, the opportunity cost does not justify the time required.

We are 90% appointment-preferred, reflecting over a decade of serving a clientele that values scheduled time. Walk-ins are accepted occasionally, when we are available and your needs align with our expertise — businesswear, tuxedos, resortwear.

If we are with another client, we may ask you to wait or to return at the next available slot, often the same day.

If it is a high-quality garment, we will accept it — subject to our $75 transaction minimum. Our bespoke tailoring and consultation are not a commodity service. For basic work, we recommend a local dry cleaner or alterations shop.

Our clientele understands that exceptional work carries an appropriate investment — and an appropriate standard. If price is your primary concern, we recommend a dry cleaner or mall alterations shop. They are likely sufficient for your needs.

Our bespoke suiting experience is truly private and comprehensive. For those seeking a one-of-a-kind garment transaction, a consultation fee applies. Clients pursuing full bespoke simply book the appointment and invest in the meeting — knowing the result will be a garment that outlasts trends and elevates their presence.

It depends on the complexity of the work and on our current schedule. Typical turnaround is one and a half to two weeks.

Rush options are available with an additional urgent fee for time-sensitive needs such as weddings and travel, discussed in advance.

We restore vintage and high-end suits to their former glory using Brian's trained eye, technical skill and classically modern taste. We specialise in pieces from Brioni, Canali, Tom Ford, Kiton, Isaia, Zegna, Armani and Hugo Boss, and similar houses, bringing them into a more contemporary, tastefully tailored aesthetic for another generation of wear.

Often, fine suits and gowns are heirlooms passed from one generation to the next.

The best way is through our online scheduler, by email, or with a quick text giving your name and what you need. Due to growth we may miss calls, and texting is often the fastest way to set up a call and then schedule. We do not book meetings from text alone unless the client is well established.

Brian personally works with 85% of our bespoke, high-profile and comprehensive wardrobe clients. If your project requires his direct engagement but does not fall into those categories — for example, multiple high-quality garments needing an expert opinion — a Master Clothier fee applies, at Brian's discretion.
