Booking the right one saves a visit
The distinction that matters most is whether something needs a fitting. A hem is a measurement and takes ten minutes. Anything that changes how a garment sits on your body — the waist, the seat, a jacket’s shoulder or chest — needs you in it, in front of a mirror, with time to look properly.
If you already own the garment and want it to fit better, that is Alterations & Tailoring. If you want something made from a pattern drafted to you alone, that is a Bespoke Garment Commission. If the question is less about one garment and more about what you own altogether, start with TossOrTailor.
Every appointment runs at 745 W. Johnson Street in Raleigh, tuesday – saturday, 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Deposits, where they apply, are taken when you book and come off the work.
